Meet Our Pastor, Rev. Stephen E. Rayburn:

Pastor Steve was born in Panama City, Florida. He was ordained at East Hill Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida in August, 1971. He received his Master of Divinity Degree, Clinical Pastoral Training and D. Min (ABD) from Southern Theological Seminary in Louisville Kentucky. He is married to Patsy Rayburn. He has two children, son, Christopher (granddaughters - Ella Grace and Bailey Elizabeth) and daughter, Jennifer. He came to Swannanoa from Delaney Street Baptist Church in Orlando, Florida. He was Pastor there from 1995 to 2006. He has brought a lot of enthusiasm and spirit with him.
