From Your Pastor’s Heart                         

     What a blessed summer season we have enjoyed. I am grateful for your faithfulness to the Lord and His Church during the summer months. We have seen people come to faith in Christ, be baptized and begin their journey of discipleship. PTL! God has sent us new members who have been seeking a church home and a place where they can grow in the Lord and serve Him by serving others. PTL! We have also experienced a growing love for one another within the fellowship of believers here at FBC  that has been very real, evident and wonderful to experience. PTL! Thank you church for your faithfulness to our Christ and to one another.

     I believe as we move into the fall season God has many blessings He wants to give us. We must have the faith to ask for and hearts prepared by the Holy Spirit to receive these blessings. Jesus has taught us to ask the Father in the Son’s name, and according to His will for His blessing, and He will give them to us “that your joy may be full.”

Our heavenly Father wants very much to bless His church and He will as we pray, trust, love, serve, work, and live in faith and in the love relationship with Him that is called salvation!
