Upward Basketball

**Please note the Upward brochures for basketball have the wrong deadline for registration! If possible, please register before or on November 1st - evaluation day. There will be no late fees, so the signup cost is $48 for every child. We will continue to register children through the season at this price.

It’s time to sign up for Basketball! The 2008 - 2009 season awaits you and your family at First Baptist Swannanoa!

Please pick up a registration form at the church office anytime between 9am & 5pm. The early registration cost per child is $48. Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $15. Scholarships are available.

Players receive a Upward basketball t-shirt, reversible jersey, car magnet and end of the seaon award.

Evaluations will be held on Saturday, November 1st

Kindergarten - 3rd grade boys & girls from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

4th - 6th grade boys & girls from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Practices begin the week of Monday, December 1

First Game is Saturday, January 3rd, 2009

Awards Celebration is Saturday, March 21st, 2009

What a great 2007-08 basketball season we had! Thanks to all the volunteers, coaches, referees, devotion speakers, parents and players!!
